Touch Mobile Philippines — What you need to know

About Touch Mobile

TM (Touch Mobile) is Globe's value prepaid brand, launched in 2001 for budget-conscious subscribers who want low-cost calls and texts. TM runs on the Globe network, so it shares Globe's nationwide coverage.

Because TM uses Globe's infrastructure, it shares the same APN (internet.globe.com.ph) and the same USSD menu as Globe. The brand is marketed at lower price points and may have more limited 5G access than Globe's main brand.

TM prepaid promos

TM's promos cover affordable call, text and data bundles, registered via *143# or the GlobeOne app:

  • Allnet Surf — combines data with all-network calls and texts in one bundle.
  • TM Surf — data-focused surf promos in a range of sizes and validity periods.
  • Straight load — plain credit the recipient can spend on calls, SMS, or any active TM promo.

Promos are registered by dialing *143# and choosing Allnet Surf or TM Surf, or by sending a promo keyword to 8080. The flow mirrors Globe's system, since TM runs on the same network.

Useful codes for TM subscribers

*143#Main menu — check balance and register Allnet Surf or TM Surf promos
GTSOS → 3733Text GTSOS to 3733 to borrow emergency load and texts
808Customer hotline — toll-free from TM for account help

Note: Globe/TM's old Share-a-Load (pasaload) service was discontinued on 1 December 2022, so credit can no longer be transferred phone-to-phone. Sending load directly with Fonmoney is the simpler route from abroad.

SIM registration

Philippine law (RA 11934) requires all prepaid SIMs to be registered. TM subscribers register through Globe's official portal, since TM runs on the Globe network. Unregistered SIMs may be deactivated.

Fonmoney and Touch Mobile

Fonmoney sends each load directly to the Touch Mobile number — no middleman between your card and the network. The credit appears in minutes and you receive a confirmation by email. If a load doesn't arrive, we have the full transaction record to track it down.
