Job: Spanish speaker for Customer Support (m/f)

Fonmoney is a young and dynamic online company with headquarters in Vienna, Austria. From Alaska to Zimbabwe, our clients live all over the world, but especially in Europe, and we speak to them in over ten languages. Now we need someone who can help us with Spanish. It is our mission to provide mobile top-ups and online bank transfers to Cuba via the Internet: www.fonmoney.com

Experience in the areas of support and customer communication are a plus, but not a must

Your tasks:
  • - Support and assistance to our Spanish speaking clients via email.
  • - Respond in writing to customer service requests in Spanish, German and English.

You are perfect for us if:
  • - You fluently speak and write Spanish as well as German or English.
  • - You are customer-oriented.
  • - You are a good team worker.
  • - You’re able to quickly react to questions to support customers.
  • - You’re reliable, flexible and easy to work with.
  • - You are used to working with common computer programs.
